Good range of products, very knowledgable and helpful staff

My main satisfaction came from the customer service which I received from the staff. I visited two other Dreams stores recently and was left unattended in both. Visiting this store - I was addressed instantly in a friendly manor from the manager and given a sales adviser straight away. The sales adviser 'Imran' was friendly, knowledgeable and addressed my needs rather than just trying to up sell like a lot of other stores. I found him a good sales adviser which has the customers needs as a priority which was great to see. I have to say that the store manager Cathy seems to know exactly how to keep a good friendly relationship amongst the staff and this spreads throughout the whole store.

The sales person who attended to me was really nice and clear. He made us feel really welcome assist us in choosing our bed and mattress. He was really unstanding, kind and patiant. He made everything so easy for us to everything that we needed. Yes will recommend dream to friends and family. His was Ashley. Thanks Ashley for great customer service.

We were greeted by a friendly assistant on entering the store. Allowed to browse unhindered. When we needed some further details on products the assistant was knowledgeable and helpful.

Imran was extremely helpful and gave me and my daughter clear advice on how to compare mattresses as my daughter didn't really know what she wanted. She was able to try out most of the beds - Imran came back to see how were were getting on - keen to help and not pushy. Eventually bought a great discounted mattress in the sale.

I was highly satisfied with the service and the information provided and understood the product and quality which I spent my money on which is a good investment.
