Customer service was lovely, friendly and welcoming, and ashley who served me had good product knowledge and knew what best was suited for me.

Jahanger was excellent and managed to find us the most suitable mattress for best price using clearance. Would definitely shop there again because of him. he was efficient knowledge, very good service indeed!

Ashley is great - very patient and sorted out an issue. Manager is also great.

Imran was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He listened to the criteria we needed and was able to advise us of the best option. He was keen to show how the products operated and the options for each product. Imran's customer service was really good from the first contact through to our purchase.

The service was quick with good knowledge of products. Although the colleague did seem a bit nervous, he wasn't pushing for a sale, just very helpful.

The sales assistant Jehangir was super helpful and approachable. He approached me as soon as I entered the store. I was looking for a particular bed frame but it wasn't in stock at the store. He however, showed me a similar item so that I had a view of the dimensions. He made me a great cup of coffee and really took the time to answer my questions. I was shown various items and encouraged to test different mattresses. I ended up buying the bed frame even though that wasn't my intention initially. He is an asset to your team!
