I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to ‘Cathy & Glenn’ for their excellent customer service and the constant “can do” approach to satisfying customer needs. Your service, the quality of the beds etc, and the consistently pleasant and positive attitude at Dreams ‘Chingford’ are second to none. I was greeted soon as I stepped into the store with my family by ‘Cathy – Store Manager’ who even made my parents tea. We were shortly approached by ‘Glenn – Sales Assistant with a warm welcome & big smile. Glenn with his outstanding knowledge helped my parents purchase the perfect bed, mattress, headboard and even set up a 20 months interest free finance option. I previously (2015) purchased a bed, mattress, dressing table at the same store and was also pleased with the level of customer service received along with my order. If you’re looking for a comfy sleep then I would definitely recommend ‘Dreams’ zzZzz.

We were very satisfied with the service we received at Dreams. We were served by a kind gentleman called Ashley, who was put in a lot of time and effort to help us pick a bed for my daughter. He was very patient with us although we were pretty indecisive and was also very knowledgable on all the products they had in store. The store itself was very clean and pleasant. Overall, a great experience.

The shop assistant was very helpful nothing was to much trouble. We got a cup of tea has well .

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeeted with a welcome and if we needed any assistance. We explained our needs and Ashley was quick to point out the location of the type of beds we were looking for. On hand to explain the assembly options needed and also mattress options. Very happy walking away with our choice of beds for the kids and also delivery dates we received.

Imran was really helpful and really good at judging when to step back to leave us to think things through.

Served by Imran who was patient and not pushy in selling a bed. Allowed us to try mattresses with out breing rushed. Tea and coffee offered made sure we were comfortable through out the visit.
