Imran met us on arrival. He was particularly helpful with our purchase because we were looking at the same Bed in Bensons, and they had a cheaper matress. We were honest with Imran and he spent the time looking at alternative mattresses. We found a matress we liked and Imran was able to give us a good deal, plus he threw in some free pillows. Overall Imran was very friendly, knowledgeable and actually quite funny. It was quite hot in the store that night and he offered us some water. Overall we were satisifed with our purchase and Imran's help.

The staff in the store are great no have been there a few times and each time I am approached straight away takes to and then offered a cup of tea. They are friendly. Knowledgeable but not overly pushy. Very professional

when shopping for big items like beds and furniture, it's about how You are greeted by the staff and how they make you feel, all the staff were polite but didn't pester We felt comfortable trying the beds at our own leasure the young man who assisted us was already dealing with another couple and would acknowledge us apologising for keeping us waiting, we were offord tea or coffee when I had a question I was given the information in a friendly manner. We didn't feel rushed so by the time we had found the bed we liked the young man had finished with his other clients and was ready to complete our purchase

We were offered and given cups of coffee as soon as we arrived. We weren't pestered or followed, we were left alone to try out the mattress' and sofas in peace without the annoyance of someone forcefully trying to sell to us. The salesman, Imran, was available at all times when we had a question or needed assistance, and was honest and knowledgable.
