I’ve shopped at dreams several times, I’m always happy with my service and I always recommend them to my family.

Helped by assistant Scott who gave us information about mattress choice, and then gave us time to choose. He also made us a cup a cup of tea!

Ashley the assistant was very helpful, took time to understand our requirements and gave us all possible options. His knowledge of products was of a high standard and so was able to guide us as appropriate.

The service was nice and quick and because we knew what we wanted they did not try and sell us something else which we did not want. There were plenty of staff ready to help which is not usual today.

Glenn was very helpful in providing information on the different bed types and helped us to narrow down our choices since there is a large selection.

The workers were very friendly and approachable, the staff that helped us was Cathy and she explained the products very well was patient with our decision making and very helpful in terms of payment and what other essentials we can add for good money.

Glenn was remarkable in his service, the greeting was perfect, offering us a drink, and encouraged us to test out the pillows.
