Glenn Madgin was really helpful and gave us a warm welcome to the store . He had a great knowledge of the product and was pleasiet. He offered us a drink and informened us about the promotion on pillows.

Glenn, who served us, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and different types of mattresses. We arrived not really knowing what type of bed we wanted so he took the time to show us a selection of mattresses, firm and soft and helped us narrow our choice down to our preferred choice. Store was pleasant and had a good range on offer.

Jahanger was very helpful he had a lot of product knowledge So was able to provide us with the information we needed to make our choice. He was not pushy .

The assistant IMRAN took time to listen to my requirements and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the mattress I required. He was very polite and most enthusiastic about the products in store.

Imran and Cathy were both welcoming and polite, they both spent time going through the different types beds and knew what was best for our needs

We was greeted straight away by Imran, who offered Tea/Coffee. He was friendly, listened to what I wanted and assisted us throughout.
