Extremely friendly staff. Thought about my needs and tried to find the best and most affordable product to suit my financial situation.

Imran was Great help, explaing what I needed and told me the offers on for cheap bedding, and helping me find the right sizes.

Glenn at Chingford store was really helpful. He gave us a great customer care service and was very professional. He offered tea and coffee on arrival and greeted us which made as feel very comfortable. He spend great time with us offering pillows and testing out different mattress and giving us great knowledge and advise. Spent quality time in explaining everything in detail. We were given helpful advice and the time to make our decision without being pressured. The assistant was very helpful and answered all of our questions effectively and did so without influencing us; he had a very pleasant manner. He told us that he had been with Dreams for 3 weeks and referred to a colleague when he needed to which was professional and comforting. Your selection of mattresses was excellent and the environment conducive to spending time there to make a decision.
