Imran who severed us today was very polite and helpful, with a smile on his face. I will defiantly go back to the store as they were all very friendly

The sales assistant left us to browse at our own free will and was not pushy. He then answered all the questions we had.

Great service and great atmosphere

We were highly satisfied as the Dreams colleague Ashley went out of his way to assist us. In fact, he had his coat on and was about to leave when we approached him. Instead of handing over to a colleague and going home, he took off his coat with a smile and listened to our requirements. He talked us through the various options and we ended up making a satisfactory purchase. Thank you very much Ashley!

Excellent product choice

Allowed to look around by ourselves and then when we needed the sales person (Ashley) he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the products on offer. He wasn’t pushy or demanding in any way.

I knew what I wanted but was reassured by the assistant.

Tony and Imran were of great help and helped me to get as close to the price I wanted for a matress.
