Dreams - Chingford

My partner and I spent the weekend looking for the right bed until we went to Dreams and met Glenn. He was not only telling us a lot of useful information about the products we were interested in, but he was also extremely well-understanding. We just hat to mention few of the most important for us characteristics that we would like the perfect bed to have and he started showing us the right products. Quick, efficient and professional service. We loved it and have placed our order same day.

All the staff were extremely helpful and showed me various headboards. There was a varied selection of designs and colours. All staff were very polite and patience. Very satisfied with my purchase. Service with a smile 😊

I had previously purchased a product in another branch ( Lakeside) but due to delivery mix up and urgent need for product I had to visit the Chingford branch. Communications between both branches was excellent therefore when I arrived in store I was welcomed and given every assistance.

Your salesman spent some time with us and discussed all the possibilities available to us. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy. We were invited to try any combination of beds and it was emphasised that we should take our time before deciding. A good experience overall.

We had to cancel our order with bensons, we had waited 5 weeks, to be told the night before that our bed was not available and that it must of gone to someone else. So after a very bad morning, we decided to visit your store. On entering your store, we was approached straight away by Ashley , we explained the situation and what we was looking for, he showed us some beds within our price range and also showed us the suitable mattress , we made our decision very quickly, he checked out delivery dates and then swiftly processed our order,. Ashley kindly got us tea and explained everything in full detail. Ashley was very helpful with outstanding customer services. My husband and I walked away very happy with our purchase and would recommend your store to friends and family. Ashley really does go that extra mile.
