Based on the type of bed my wife and I were looking for, Ashley, was able to find a bed that was ideal for our needs

Lots of help by Tony, went out of hes way to get us the best deal we could afford

What had already been a hectic and busy day, both me and my husband decided to have a look at mattresses in Dreams before the store closed. I had not been sleeping well for a long time and my husband finally was ready purchase one. We arrived in the store and was welcomed by Scott who quickly made us feel welcome and asked us a few questions. He then took us mattress shopping!!! Honestly, Scott made this experience a positive one, his knowledge and patience with us was spot on. He explained things clearly and although I asked many questions and was a little indecisive, Scott's customer service made it easy for us to make up our minds and we have no regrets. We have already felt the benefits of our purchase and have only good things to say about Dreams.

Tony was very professional and helpful, he just gave all information we needed and we bought staff.

Great customer service, easy to talk to, information clearly displayed, products clearly displayed and easy to view and test i.e mattress firmness. Myself and my partner were not hassled, we were given the time to look freely and were asked if we required assistanc. We were also offered tea or coffee by, I believe, the store manager.

Ashley very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the products in detail and answered questions in a friendly and informative way.
