Azeem was a very helpful member of staff. He was well experienced and had knowledge in almost everything we needed advice with. We left the store happy and satisfied with our purchase

The staff member didn't hound me, assisted and advised me when required, gave me options and was patient whilst I tried and decided. He explained payment options clearly and did not push or rush me. Delivery was less time than I expected which was a bonus.

I think Glenn was brilliant. He was friendly, welcoming, and he even made me a drink. At first, I did not set out out to buy anything, I just wanted to check things out but decided to buy Tempur mattress because Glenn was honest and he had a good attitude, and that to me is important.

We were greeted by Glenn,and he heard what type of mattress we where looking for,he showed us various ones. The one we picked was firm,2000 spring type. It was expensive,but in real terms very good value as we had been quoted £180 more for a similar type product elsewhere. The paperwork was surprisingly easy. Glenn went above and beyond efficiency.

The salesman Glenn was very professional ,friendly and had a calm air about him which we liked This made the experience of choice very easy and in no time our minds were made up. within no time the purchase was made and are now waiting for tomorrow for the delivery of our purchase which we hope will be without problems.
