Worker was so polite so welcoming he even offered us water, and he really listened to our needs and budget to help us to get what we was looking for. Very friendly and he was so patient.

The reason I chose Dreams for beds is that it is clean and the colleagues are kind and polite and help when needed.The colleague then asked if we want to try out the science machine. Also they offered us a child airbed. I loved it

I was greeted by Gary at the door, ask to sanitise my hands and offered a bottle of water (nice touch). Than I was asked what I am looking for and if I needed help. Yes please, I need a new mattress. After the the diagnostic bed selected a range of suitable mattresses I was guided through the store. At no time I felt pressured to buy anything and Gary answered all my questions (no matter how silly). We had also a good laugh.He’s knowledge is impressive and I felt well advised. I am, what you call a happy customer - well done Gary

Gary served both myself and my mother yesterday and was absolutely outstanding. Extremely personable, great knowledge of all products and just overall patience and willingness to help. I planned to purchase one mattress and ended up buying two (for mother) due to Gary’s help!

Debbie the sales advisor went above and beyond my expectations. She greeted me with much enthusiasm and made me feel welcom in the store. She offered me some water explained how they operate and made me feel very safe in the store. Debbie then gave me time to look around by myself and constantly checking in to see if I was alright, before providing me with some fantastic service to help me locate the products I was after. The store was very clean and the size of it was good compared to other smaller stores making it feel like a much better experience
