We were served by Ashley who we found to be very helpful very knowledgeable and knew his job and the products he sells. Kindly offered us a drink and we were overall very impressed with Ashley he was all you want from a salesman without being pushey but gave very good advice. We were greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. We were offered drinks. We asked a few questions and were directed to what we wanted to see. We were able to look around to check the various beds without feeling pressured at all. When we needed to ask some questions we were given clear and knowledgeable answers. We were offered pillows from a range. The whole experience was relaxed and easy. Our salesman was very pleasant and helpful.
