Dreams - Chingford

In all honesty; its the service received which ALWAYS sets brands and companies apart from their competitors. my partner and i had been bed shopping for a while and were apprehensive to visit Dreams as we assumed it was too expensive - however after biting the bullet, we received in depth information and were shown items to meet our needs when shopping in Dreams - overall- we received the most information and product knowledge with Dreams as well as a trustworthy, informative, polite and knowledgeable customer experience. Finance/costs and products were broken down into easily understood pieces of information, which helped build our trust in the brand and staff, and the friendly service, with tea and chocolates whilst we waited, only added to the overall positive experience - service is all in the detail, and both members of staff offered that, as well as making us feel like valued customers, and that they were offering the best products for our needs.

Friendly staff with high knowledge

The salesman, Ashley (at the chingford store) was fantastic. He was very quick to show us which mattresses were which with the colour coding, and even gave us pillows to use when tying out the beds. He was very knowledgable about all the different styles of matttesses and we soon found one we wanted. He was totally understanding of our very modest budget and did his absolute best to help us find what we needed within our budget. Having chronic joint pain at the age of 28 makes it pretty difficult to find the right mattress, but Ashley went above and beyond. I will certainly be recommending this store to friends!

The young man was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I could not find any fault whatsoever. I lead a busy life and had some difficulty choosing a delivery date but he was patient and supportive and we resolved the problems.

We wanted to buy a soft mattress without the base and needed to know how the mattress felt on a hard base. The man very kindly placed the mattress on the floor so we could try it out.

Glen, our sales assistance was supremely attentive without being pushy. He ensured we were fully informed around the products we enquired about and was a very personable character whilst ensuring professionalism at all times. He is a credit to your company and I would not hesitate in recommending people to ask for him by name when visiting.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Scott & Matt in the Chingford branch. They gave the right amount of attention with feeling smothered. Both were extremely helpful. Our purchase was delivered several days later without any problems. We would happily recommend Dreams to others.
