Dreams - Chingford

I was looking for a product which was online, since it was not in store one of the members of staff helped explain what i would expect if i order it. I was also given to return the bed if it is not what i expect on arrival free of charge. Recommendations were also made in regards to increasing the longevity of the sofa bed i bought, excellent customer service all round. The manager also recognised me from the phone call prior to arriving at the store and followed up from there.

Our Salesman Glen was brilliant, offered us a cup of coffee as soon as we walked in and he has a great knowledge of the products and kept a good distance and left us get on with trying it all out without us feeling any pressure to make our minds there and then. HE did everything he could to help us we feel.

As soon as we entered the store, we were welcomed by Ashley in a friendly manner without any undue pressure. As soon as it became clear from our body language that w had questions, he made his way over and gave us a professional and knowledgeable service from start to finish. Although we were up front with Ashley that we were also going to visit a competitor, he was understanding and was more than happy to welcome us back upon our return and was happy to have a detailed conversation about all of our options. He was extremely patient as spent multiple hours in the store and once a decision was made, did everything he could to ensure we left the tore with the right products, ensuring our satisfaction. We were offered drinks at multiple stages whcih made our stay in the store even more pleasant.

Good, knowledgeable assistance provided, and we were given time to consider a few options.

Brilliant customer service from Ashley. He listened to us and then gave us some excellent advice and his product knowledge was second to none. We are very happy with our purchase and feel like we got the right product and a good price.

I was given advice about the product in a professional manner. He was polite and helpful.

We were greeted by Tony promptly. He showed us to the selection of mattresses we were interested in and carefully explained the differences between them. We were offered coffee and were given time to try out the different mattreses and discuss the. We were not hassled in any way and were given time to make our final choice.

Ashley made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived to the store. He very quickly helped us narrow down the options based on the budget we gave to him, and we received very clear explanations of the various mattresses available to us. Ashley was incredibly polite, and highly efficient. We were out of the store within the hour and with a mattress under the budget we provided to Ashley - could not be more satisfied!

Staff very helpful and engaging , they were approachable and attentive without being intrusive or pushy . The atmosphere was lighthearted and refreshingly upbeat. My one and only gripe was the cleanliness of the toilet which could have done with a bit of a clean and the lack of hand soap I find unacceptable in any toilet facility . I am now looking forward to my lovely bed and would like to forward my thanks to the staff particularly Glen who I feel is a very valuable member of the team and deserves recognition for his sales approach .
