Dreams - Chingford

My wife and I were in your Chingford store for about 2 hours before we finally decided which mattress to buy. The whole time the assistant Onye was with us and had the world of patience while we tried various mattresses time and time again! Onye was very knowledgeable and did not put us under any pressure. She was very polite and brought us coffees to ease our stress. She has a very pleasant personality and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

The sales assistant Onye was very patient, had extremely good product knowledge and made our visit a pleasant experience. We were in the store two hours before we made a purchase and she was with us all the time showing us different beds.

The staff upon entering the store were approachable and very helpful. Also they let us be to try them out and discuss it between ourselves. We went from going in knowing what we specifically wanted to changing my mind after seeing the good selection and varying price ranges.

Because I mentioned I needed a bed ASAP due to my old be causing back pain and Ashley the sales assistant was promp , friendly and very helpful and told me things I needed to know instead of just talking to keep me interested. He kept things simple and honest although I was in a rush to get my niece from school

I was in a hurry to choose the right bed and with help I managed to achieve the objective

All comes down to the service. Both Glen and Tony in the chingford store were super helpful and got me the best deal. Great guys to buy from.

Azeem was great, not pushy, explained how the colours worked and suggested the beds we might like to try, left us to it but stayed close enough to answer any questions we had, made suggestions again based on our comments of the beds we had tried and steered us to what he thought best for us based on our needs, offered a drink! When we made a decision he explained about the mattress protector, delivery, old bed removal, insurance etc. Really nice service and so much better then a different bed shop we had been to previously who were pushy and only showed us one bed!

Meeting Onye (with blessed knowledge of customer satisfaction), Tony (which excellent communication skills and open mindness) and lastly James (with great personality and no time waster!) all made us feel welcomed and helped us so make right decision without any hard sale!

Very highly satisfied. We had Ashley serving us. He was very knowledgeable in what we were looking for and very helpful. I would recommend and use the Chingford store again.
