Dreams - Chingford

We were assisted first by Scott who was very helpful and he then passed us over to Glen who completed our order for us.He was very good at pointing out our options and we upgraded because of his suggestions.

I am 85 years of age and the young assistant who had only been working for Dreams for three weeks came to assist me chose a mattress. He showed me options and made suggestions before I made my choice. He took me to the cash desk where he entered details on the computer then carried the mattress to my car. All done with polite efficiency. He is an asset to Dreams.

Quick and easy

I am highly satisfied with their customer service. We were served by Azeem who was very helpful and friendly. He spent lots of time with us. Other staffs were also helpful.

Previously took mum to buy a head board and saw a bed we fancied. Tony, at the branch was patient and polite on both occasions, on the first occasion agreeing to 'baby-sit her' so we could look at the beds. He was busy but balanced his time well and was always polite.

The service was excellent. The manager and Azeem were knowledgeable and helpful but left us alone to look around and decide what we wanted.

Ashley was very helpful and gave full details about the product and conditions attached to it being a clearance item. All very quick once we said yes!

We've been offered tea and coffee on arrival. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. They got us the best deal for our needs. Shout out to Azeem and Tony for make this possible.

quick easy wiset which was what i wanted sales person was excellant delivery could have beeen quicker 10 daus is much to long and could have resulted in me not ordering
