The store was well laid out, options clearely available and the assistance was very competent yet friendly

I am an existing customer of Dreams LTD PLC. I previously purchased an existing bed I currently own which I am extremely satisfied with at present. I have owned this bed for over three years and in this time have had no such problems with it. Having now visited the store a second time I was extremely satisfied with my customer experience as I found the sales representative to be exceptionally kind and again extremely pleasant and helpful in assisting me with my purchase of asked I would recommend this store to family and friends

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Not pushy felt relaxed and at ease. Was offered tea and coffee more than once during our visit. Staff new their products and was able to demonstrate/give good information regarding the products.

Good and friendly advice from all members of staff we came into contact with. In addition staff were not 'pushy' but encouraged us to take our time.

My daughter and I visited the store near closing time. The sales staff were extremely helpful and willing to help even though it was late and it was past the time that the store was due to close.

The assistant who helped me was very knowledgeable, patient and attentive to my requirements. He was exceedingly helpful even made me a cup of tea.

Azeem offered help as soon as I entered the shop, but didn't bother us. When I asked for his help he was very helpful, very knowledgeable about all of the products and I felt that I got the best choice for me. It turned out that it was only his fourth day on the job - I was amazed at how much he knew despite being so new! He really was brilliant, friendly and helpful, and I'm glad that he was there to help.

There was a good range of products available and the staff were very knowledgeable.
