My father is hard of hearing and my mother has Alzheimers. The salesman Tony at the Chingford branch understood both their needs and assisted appropriately.

Our experience at your store was exceptional. The primary reason for this was the gentlemen who served us James. His product knowledge was fantastic so much so that my wife and I stopped searching the internet in store and decided to make the purchase with you. In addition to his product knowledge he was incredibly engaging and overall was the reason we purchased with you. We really enjoyed spending the 90 minutes in the store with James. I had two ill tempered children with me, whom he passified and made us feel at home. We are very excited about getting and sleeping on our Tempur mattress, despite the fact that this was more expensive a purchase than we planned, James made us feel the investment was worth it. First of all the workers at dreams took great care of us he gave his full attention to help me pick out the perfect bed he was very honest with the pros and cons. Everyone was extremely friendly and approachable. I have never bought a bed from any other English company other then Dreams. With each of my visit I give a lot of money into the things I buy. Your beds are amazing and the money I give I feel it's extremely worth it. But all praises to your staff who helped me out on Monday he was such a lovely man he deserves a massive thank you and defiantly a pay rise. I am 100% sure I'll be returning back as I am a regular costumer I always bring family along when they need to buy a bed. Couple days ago I brang my sister to buy a few beds so that says it all.
