The help of the assistant was excellent, helped us find exactly what we were looking for - my sons first double bed - very quickly and showed us clearly all options.

Dreams colleagues name: Ashley, made us aware of the beds very well, helped us understand the type we wanted, made us feel very comfortable, he was very polite and answered all are questions to high standards.

we have been attended by a gentleman called Ashley no sales talk straight to the point and helpful , an asset for the store .

I was greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly employee he was able to tell me which products were suitable for my budget and took the time to show me other products that i never considered

My husband and I were looking for an Ottoman bed and we did not have enough knowledge. The Assistant, whose name was Jake was extremely helpful in talking through the specifications of the products available. He recommended an ottoman bed, which we then went on and purchased. He was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for and this is something that staff in other stores have not done. He also talked about the importance of product care plans for our new bed, which we also purchased. I would definitely got to Jake again and will recommend him highly to friends/family. There was another staff member present too (James) who also helped us make our final choice and he had a very good understanding of the products available and assembly.

We visited your other stores in Ilford and around but the salesmanship and the quality of good assistance was missing in those store. However, your staff was very friendly and very attentively listening to our needs and wish list. He guided through all the pros and cons of each product that we were interested. This finally ended in buying a bed of £3200 instead of the original thought of £800 sale price bed. However, even by spending so high, we were satisfied that we got a good and quality bed for our use as comfort of our sleep is the most important thing after all day fatigue.
