the lay out of Dreams store in Chingford is so conducive to seeing what you want to choose from easily and the ability to try out the mattresses. Followed by the very technical yet non-pushy help of the assistant Ashley. And when I rang to place the order later, all staff very friendly on phone. The delivery date also suitable and nice bonus that super king sizes were available and also good reduction on the extra double mattress we bought for our son. Thanks

The manager was very helpful as well as our sales assistant joke Smith who was very polite. A pleasant experience all round. The new finance system took longer than anticipated but this was the only slight issue in an otherwise excellent shopping experience.
