The member of staff who helped was really friendly and not pushy and the bank holiday offer made the products I wanted were really affordable.

Tony the manager and glen the sales assistant at the store off the A406 near walthamstow dogs stadium were very friendly patient and helpful. They had very relaxed non pushy sales attitude which we responded well too. They were very oersonable and friendly and gave time to think and gave all the information we required very efficiently and gave pros and cons which helped us make thr best decision for us on the tv bed we wanted. We were very pleased and definitely reccomend the store and go in again ourselves.

We came in wanting a very specific product - a super King zip linked mattress. The Dreams assistant took us straight to a couple of options and then rearranged pillows on all the other beds throughout the store that could be configured in this way. Our assistant was friendly and knowledgeable but also gave us enough time alone to try out the beds. I thought we'd have to shop around for our bed but we were so pleased with what we found that we ended up making a purchase that day.

Onye was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and helped me quickly settle on a bed and mattress.

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice on offer in this store. There was a good balance between being offered guidance and advice from James and being able to wonder round the store at my leisure trying out all the different mattresses. All members of staff were friendly, approachable and courteous.

I HAVE VISITED CHINGFORD BRANCH ON 25/08/16. STAFF JAKE SMITH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH HELPING US TO CHOOSE THE PRODUCT AND HIS WARMTH CUSTOMER CARING WAS SO CONVINCING THAT WE PUT OUR TRUST ON HIM TO PURCHASED THE PRODUCT. OTHER STAFF WAS ALSO HELPFUL AS WELL. OVERALL VERY PLEASED.

The customer service in the store from Onye was excellent. She was polite when we first entered the store but was not pushy which is a style I prefer. It was one of the hottest days of the years and she kindly bought me and my partner some water as we were walking round the store. She was approachable and went through all the options with us. She got to know what we wanted in our bedframe and mattress. She ensured that options were within our price point but also talked through the options that might have given us a more long term product. I usually hate sales environments with pushy sales people so wasn't looking forward to experience but actually found it an enjoyable experience and it would mean I would now return to dreams for future purchases.
