Jake Smith who is the sales assistant that assisted us was well knowledgeable about the products and talked us through everything. He explained all that we needed to know. We only went in for just a bed but ended up buying a matteress too when we realised the various methods of payment methods available to us. I was so happy with my whole purchase and the experience that I told all my colleagues

I went to the store tonight as I have recently been diagnosed with a slipped disc in my neck and spine degeneration and was in a lot of pain which wasn't helped by my current bed. Jake took the time to listen to me and immediately understood my needs, and despite being close to closing time didn't rush me to a decision. He was knowledgeable, professional and when I found the right bed (and pillows!) he guided me through the sale process effortlessly. We talked about the extended warranty which I would never take, on the basis that I think myself low risk on the bodily fluids front and I didn't feel pressurised at any point to changechange my mind which would have ruined the experience. Overall had a great, fun sales experience and I can't wait for my bed to arrive. Thanks Jake! :)

The assistant in the store, Onye, was immediately attentive and listened to our exact needs matching us to beds and mattresses meeting our comfort needs, style and budget - an altogether refreshing and pleasant customer service

We were welcomed very well by Glen at the Chingford branch, given refreshments and allowed us to take our time in walking around the store. We were approached by more than one staff to see if we needed any help. We found Glen friendly, helpful and competent and chose him to place our order with. We did find the different types of mattresses and divans confuses and found that prices and extra features such as drawers were confusing.

We were totally in the dark of what we wanted . Only that we wanted a bed with storage space . So we were helped by a salesman Wayne Martin. He was fantastic , never rushed us , explained everything very thoroughly and made us feel welcome, he wasn't phased that we had a toddler with us and even interacted with her . Really nice guy and hope his children's book series kicks off.

The assistant was very approachable, highly knowledgeable about the products and really friendly. He understood what we needed and our budget. Staff was also very understanding of our toddler running around in the shop.

We were shopping for a mattress and the choice was superb. The assistance given to us by Wayne at the Chingford branch was excellent

It was the personal service of Mr Wayne Martin. Easy manner, not pushy. Knowledgeable. Made me a cup of tea. I knew what I wanted (3ft Ottoman) from an online browse before the visit but he did not try to push anything else on me.
