I have been having problems with my back, neck and shoulders and was wary of buying a new mattress as I have already purchased two that I'm not happy with in the last three years. Ashley was very patient in explaining what might be happening and stayed with me to try out various mattresses to find best one suited to me.

Wayne Was really Friendly and happy to help me and dealt with my order very quickly, he also encouraged me to purchase a tempur mattress protector which i wouldn't have done, had he not explained the benefits of it to me.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and made the whole experience very easy. The delivery has been a lot faster then we thought it would be which is great as my partner has a bad back at the moment.

I was able to find the type of bed I was looking for,the sales assistance showed the beds available and explained very well about the beds available within our price range . He was very helpful,professional and efficient.

Sales person (Ashley) was knowledgeable and gave us information. Good salesmanship skills too. Highly sold the 60 day refund or exchange on the Tempur mattres.

I did make an appointment which apparently is not a common experience in the store nevertheless I was seen promptly and courteously. There were only 2 assistants in store but luckily the store wasnt busy., if it had been there may have been some issues. The sales person had very good knowledge of the product and both assistant couldnt do enough to help
