Dreams - Chingford

When we first entered the store we didn't feel immediately under pressure as I have in other stores. James was nearby and came over in a friendly, relaxed manner when we asked. His knowledge was very good and he asked about what we wanted before assisting us and making some suggestions about what may suit our requirements. We were impressed by his product knowledge and he talked us through a variety of different mattress and pillow types and also discussed bedding and sheets which was helpful. We never felt under pressure from Ashley or James and all members of staff made us feel relaxed and welcome. We had two young children with us and the staff were great with them too, even warming the baby's milk and getting us a cup of tea which was really appreciated. Overall and excellent experience which far surpassed our expectations!!

Ashley Moor was very helpful under the circumstances as my grandfather who is in a home and required a new bed due to back problems. I couldn't fault any issues with Ashley very helpful, he advised me of the best purchase for my grandfather who is 87years old. I am sure he will be very happy with the memory foam bed that we purchased for him. Outstanding service from this gentleman and Dreams. Thank you for making this transaction so easy and stress free. A very helpful young man gave us all the information we needed and he was so polite and friendly I wish all all stores and shops would have this approach to customers.If there is any thing else I need for the bedroom I will definitely go back to the Chingford stor.

Assistant was very knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome. We were even offered a cup of coffee or tea.

The salesperson let us have a good look around, didn't pressure us or make us feel intimidated as we had felt in other stores. He was very informed regarding the choices you had to offer and was always polite and trying his best with the budget we had. Very impressed.

Found what we wanted at a reasonable price, especually as it was in the sale. Sales staff were friendly and helpful and the mattress was in stock so we could take it ourselved

When I arrived, a staff member approached me asking if I needed assistance but didn't 'hound' me standing there like other store. He explained a few points ie. the offers and delivery. I pointed out that the delivery was free online so I will order off the web site. He then left me to look around. I then had a question regarding a product so approached a staff member- he was polite, helpful, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The first staff member came over and pointed out that he spoke to his boss and if I did want to purchase an item they would waver the delivery charge. Neither were over powering or 'smothered' me during my visit which I hate! Both very polite and a credit to your company. I will be returning for futher purchases.
