James was really friendly and full of information that I needed about the choice of bed and mattress that I needed .

The sales ssistant who assisted us was really friendly and helpful. He seemed to understand our needs and wasn't too pushy which is good.

Store well set out, instant help from advisor (James) who didn't judge or react differently to us (female couple). Very friendly and listened to all our past issues and current requests and went around showing us all the different matress types then beds that would be suitable. Gave advise and came up with the best solutions. Made us feel at ease and very happy with our purchase, can't wait for it to arrive now.

My overall shopping experience was amazing. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed into buying, and the staff there made me feel welcome. I was served by smiley Glenn, who explained the products to me great and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I am extremely happy with my bed, mattress and duvet. Thank you Glenn :)

Ashley met us the moment we walked in and explained the layout of the shop. he asked us to explain what we were looking for and even though we were vague through his line of questioning he pinned down exactly what we were after. After trying three mattresses out and illuminating one, Ashley helped us understand the benefit of the left over choices. He was a fabulous assistant and more like a friend and expert. He was not pushy, and let us take our time to make sure we were happy with our decision. We did not expect to purchase anything that day only go and explore what was around. We felt very comfortable with his guidance and secure in the advise that was being given and ultimately that is why we purchased with Ashely.

Even though we were only looking for a basic divan and mattress, both Wayne (who served us) and Ashley (who completed the paperwork when Wayne had to assist another customer) dealt with as just as if we had been buying expensive items. Both were very attentative and helpful. One thing that always annoys me though with Dreams is the delivery charge. £39 to deliver always seems unfair. I'd rather they added it onto the cost of the bed and said it was free delivery, I wouldn't feel ripped off then.

I was helped by Glen. He was very knowlegable and very helpful. Glen even offered myself and family tea. Everything went smoothly with regards to finding and ordering exactly what I wanted. The other members of staff who was not helping me was very friendly also. Talking to my 9 year old daughter offering her a balloon. Very helpful and friendly staff. Cannot wait to receive my beds.
