We was served by Ian who was extremely helpful. We wanted some bed side cabinets which was on special offer and ending that day. The colour we wanted wasn't in stock so I an took the time to speak to an area manager who agreed to honour the price deal once they came back in stock. Excellent customer service

The sales person was really helpful in explaining the quality of the product also giving us time to test out the product in our own time. He was there all the time assisting us without being irritated or annoyed where as in other stores you would normally find a sales person getting easily annoyed.

Would like to say massive thanks to Ashley, who took his time to demonstrate various options for a mattress. I also appreciate the fact that he did not fail to recommend something from the clearance and I ended up with not just a stellar deal on a mattress, but a set of free pillows too. Absolutely brilliant service.

The store is very clean and shows the beds to a high , the staff were very pleasant and helpful also supplied drink , answered each question immediately. Explained everything. We were with our family and we were very satisfied with everything .I could not have been any better treated.

The salesman gave us his undivided attention and explained all about the construction of the beds but not in a boring way. Also it was getting close to closing time but there was no pressure to hurry.

Excellent product knowledge. Good memory of salesman -recognised that we've purchased at dreams on the past. Everything was clearly explained.

I was greeted with the manager of the branch who ask what i was looking for and once i had advised him he tool me to see a couple of mattresses that were in the sale and asked me to try them one of which we purchased. His product knowledge was very good and he went upstairs to see if the mattress i had picked was in store and would be 20% cheaper than the list price however, it wasn't available but he went the extra mile to help. I was then passed onto Wayne Martin to place the order as i was in a rush and he placed the order efficiently but i didn't feel like it was rushed and he was very helpful.

I received assistance as soon as I walked into the store and was greeted by a friendly and helpful member of staff. I was shown several options and given information on all.

We where served by Zia And Ian as soon as we arrived and they explained to us the best beds which suited are needs with good up too date information on prices and avalability and prices and they even stayed past there normal finishing time so that we could complete the purchase.
