Dreams - Chingford

Mr Ian Hiscock assisted us with our purchase. He was very helpful and had a very good knowledge of the products he was selling. He also assisted us until we were happy with our purchase, which was after closing time. We are very Happy Bunnies!

Staff very helpful, helped me find what i needed, Ashley helped me and was very plesent and friendly and made my shop alot easier than i thought it would be.

The assistant (Wayne) in the store was extremely polite and helpful. He had lots of knowledge about the products and showed us various mattresses, but also gave us our space to make a decision. He wasn't over bearing, which can happen when someone wants to make a sale. We felt he came across really genuine and and even cracked a few jokes. Would definitely recommend this store to others. We noticed the banter between the other staff members, which makes for a more pleasant shopping experience.

The customer assistant Wayne Martin was highly helpful and helped us a lot to make a choice, he was very friendly and welcoming.

Fast service and excellent customer service

We had a really positive experience at Dreams, Zia was fantastic, on hand to help when we needed it and not in any way intrusive. We will definitely be going back to Dreams in the future, plus our mattress is amazing!

We dealt with James who was confident knew his product and was very helpful throughout the transaction. It was good that there was no pressure selling and we were able to walk around the store without being hassled! And also shared his appreciation of Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton. But a shame he supported the wrong team!!

Ashley was extremely friendly and understood our needs. He was not pushy and took time to understand what we wanted and also listened to us. Ashley also helped ensure we stuck to our budget.
