James was extremely helpful and made choosing a new bed an extremely easy experience. he was friendly and gave us a variety of choices for new beds that represented our needs.

Very satisfied with the help received from Ian Hiscock sales .His knowledge of all the products was very good and helpful in making our choice of bed purchase.He did not pester you and was there if you wanted him.I prefer that attitude rather than be jumped on when you enter a store.

The sales assistant who helped us, James was highly knowledgeable and really helpful. We were very confused and didn't know where to look, when we asked for help, we immediately felt assured and within moments he had helped us narrow down between 2 beds. Really pleased with the entire experience. and was happy (and surprised) to be walking out of there in under and hour, with a decision and a lovely new bed ordered.

I was helped to make a good decision with an excellent price. I was shown specific frames and mattress after i was asked about what i was looming fir and my price range. The colleagues knew when we needed privacy and gave us some moment for our selves to talk to each other and make a decision. he was patient and answered every repeated question!
