I spent a long timechoosing and going between beds however Ian was very patient and didn't rush me even though the shop was closing.

The sales person Ian Hiscock , from the Chingford Deacon Trading Est was very helpful and friendly, knowable of your products didn't feel pressured by his sales in fact gave myself and husband time to discuss what we decided upon, or rather if paying in full or on your payment terms. Upon our decision of what mattress and paying in full extremely happy to find we didn't have to wait long for delivery, placed order late Thursday delivery Monday!

Glen from Chingford Dreams was very honest about his opinion on the mattresses and the comfort of them. It was clear he was not just in it for the sale, he was in it to sell us a durable and comfortable mattress at a good price (was shopping in the clearance)

Went to dreams to buy beds for my two children. Had no idea what I was meant to look for James the assistant was extremely helpful in finding the right beds. Promised to go and get another bed for myself will definitely be hoping to get James to help me find my bed.
