Dreams - Chingford

Our assistance from Ian at the Chingford store was second to none, he put up with our kids running laps of the store and trying out all the beds and still managed to give us loads of info on the products and time to browse without being hounded.

Fast efficient, service unlike my first visit on sunday when we were unable to speak to an assistant due to number of other customers.

We asked for assistance upon entering the shop and was quickly attended to by a sales assistant. He was very knowledgeable about the products (Tempur) and showed us all the mattresses in the range, allowing us plenty of time to try them out. The order was processed quickly and we were offered a good discount. Everything was explained to us well and he answered our questions clearly and to our satisfaction.

I came to the store with intention of purchasing a bed for my daughter. We weren't sure what exactly to look for and as soon as we came in the store members were friendly and helpful allowing us to browse. In particular, Ian Hiscock was absolutely fantastic; he took us through all of our options and stayed with us for at least 2 hours and was extremely patient, despite it being one hour past closing time on a Sunday! I had no doubt he gave us the very best price he could and he was happy to explain all the ins and outs of ur purchase, making the experience less stressful for us! A special thank you to the people in Dreams Edmonton and the IT team there for keeping the store open, will definitely be recommending to friends and family and returning when we buy a bed for our loft!

The salesman offered assistance promptly and understood what I wanted. The product was in stock and I was able to take it away with me. This was all ideal as I was quite rushed and it was fairly close to closing time on a Sunday so I wouldn't have been able to go elsewhere that day.

The assistant was very patient and knowledgeable the fact I asked a lot of questions regarding the product I was buying he did not show any signs of frustration he gave me his 100% attention. He made me feel very valued. He also assured me by comparing with other retailers that Dreams was the cheapest and if was not so he would match the price to purchased the same product. I wish all my shopping experiences was like Dreams.

We were given time to browse before being offered assistance and once approached the assistant took time to listen to our requirements and then helpfully showed us the options that met our specifications. His manner at all times was helpful and good humoured.
