Customer sales assistant knew what he was talking about, gave us good guidance and didn't hassle us-came away with a better product than anticipated.

We were assisted by Zia at the Chingford London Store. He was a pleasure to deal with and helped us find exactly what we needed. Zia is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and gives a personal touch, by taking an interest in why, what and when you need the product. He was able to help us make a much more informed decision when buying our new sofa bed. We are expecting our first child and need this item for regular use in our sitting room. We both have troublesome backs and the item he recommended is perfect for us.

The customer service provided by Zia at the Chingford Branch made a huge difference to our experience. We had initially just come in to browse and see what was on offer, but he helped us make a much more informed decision and we really like the product he recommended, as we were quite unsure about what would suit our needs best. We hadn't even considered this item when we had looked online. He made the whole trip easier, informative and productive, as we were due to visit other stores for comparison, but he made our decision process so easy. This sofa bed is perfect for us.

The salesman, Glenn, was very efficient, he understood exactly what we were looking for and described the products concerned, advising us accordingly. He gave us plenty of time to look around and put us under no pressure to buy.

At the Dreams store I visited and made a purchase, colleague member Glenn served me and assisted me during my duration at the store and was a very helpful person who had good knowledge about mattresses and different types as well as pillows as well as this is what I bought. I was really satisfied with the way he interacted with me and helped me to purchase the right products I was looking for. Dreams definitely needs more colleagues like Glenn. I was really happy with his service a 10/10 staff member.

The salesman was Ian, was very very helpful and spent lots of time with us, didn't rush us , he was great.

The staff were helpful and clear about everything. We were also offered a cup of tea while we were going through the paper work which i thought was a nice gesture.

Ian Hiscock helped me choose the right mattress at a price I could afford. I was impressed by his friendly, efficient manner.

The assistant James approached us within a minute of us entering the store. He listened to our needs for a TV bed and comfortable firm good quality mattress and recommended products according to our needs and in our price range. Very happy with the products recommended and the discounted price of these items in the sale. James was extremely knowledge, very likeable, and offered great customer service that means we are planning to return to purchase our pillows from Dreams. Not often that you receive such good service these days; would highly recommend dreams!
