Sophy was very helpful and very friendly she spent time with me making sure I was completely happy with my new mattress and pillows I tried quite a few out before deciding and she wasn’t rushing me or trying to be to salesy she was just nice helpful and understanding of my needs it was because of sophy why I ended up buying

We were served by Sophie who made us feel welcome with her bubbly personality. She was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction narrowing the choice down to 5 suitable beds. We made our choice which was right for our back problem and the sale progressed smoothly.

Debbie our consultant was a breath of fresh air. Very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. We were impressed with the machine at the start which found the right bed for both our needs. Sophy was absolutely lovely. Went above and beyond to help and advise on all the different options. Clearly is down to earth and relatable, which always helps when you’re shopping for something as specific as a mattress and you have no idea what’s best! She made the whole experience very pleasant and I’m really looking forward to the new mattress arriving. Many thanks again!

Went to the store/warehouse to look at beds and was greeted by a friendly staff member - he asked if I needed help, which I politely declined as I just wanted to have a look first, he then let me get on with browsing without aggressively trying to 'help' me (as you find at some shops!). When I did finally want some assistance another staff member (Debbie) was only too happy to help and showed me the features of the beds I was interested in, she checked availability for delivery and talked me through options e.g. old frame recycling. She double-checked all the dimensions for the size I wanted (as only King Size on display). I came back a few days later to purchase the bed in-store - I specifically came back to the store to do so rather than online as they'd been so helpful and I know it helps them meet store targets and wanted to support real life shops ;-)

The Sales advisor Debbie was amazing. She explored all the options with me, and knows how to describe the products really well. I was treated with respect, care and assurance that I'm making a great choice. I'm happy with my choice and i can't wait to enjoy my new bed in my new home.

Upon entering the Chingford branch i was greeted by Sophie who assisted me throughout the visit. The COVID and store guidelines were well informed, and i received a pillow and cover on entrance which i thought was a good idea. i used the bed testing machine and it was very helpful in identifying what mattress would be best suited to me. Sophie then showed me all the options and had lots of knowledge about the construction of different mattresses. She was very patient with me as i have back problems and found the mattresses a struggle to get on and off of. After finding the mattress that i liked, i found out it was a bit out of my price range, so Sophie helped me find another that was similar and within my budget. My overall experience was very good and i found the customer service to be excellent, would recommend to others.
