Dreams - Chingford

I was welcomed by an assistant, his name is Ian. I was unsure as to what type of bed I wanted, Ian was very knowledgeable and informative, I was shown various types of mattresses bases and frames, Ian was very thourough and answered all my questions and queries. I am happy with the choice of bed that I purchased.I would recommend dreams store to my friends that are looking for bedroom furniture.

Overall I've Ryan satisfied with the customer service with I had with Ashley he listen to the question I had to ask and get a positive impact on the item .such a good customer service

This was my second visit to the store. on my first visit Ian gave my husband and I all the information we needed including a full demonstration of the product, and I returned to make the purchase about 10 days later. On this occasion Ian and another colleague were very helpful giving me the information i needed. I was also offered tea/coffee and a seat (a pregnant lady). Very good staff in your Chingford trading estate Branch

Ashley was extremely helpful. When we walked in we had no clue and he very quickly gave us some suggestions, price comparisons and recommendations. He catered for the needs of the whole family which is what we were looking for.

No query with overall experance. however, I requested a time of delivery after 11.00 hours. For a variety of resons this was not possible. This was not very helpful.
