We received assistance when we arrived with an explanation of the products we were looking for. When we required additional information it was deadily available and provided in a friendly and professional manner.

Zia and Ashley were both very helpful and knowledgeable.

The gentleman who helped us wasn't over selling us the products - he left us to make our own opinions and was very helpful when we had questions, and happy to help. He clearly enjoys his job and made our visit easier. Thanks Wayne!

The manger couldn't have been more helpful , by explaining and showing a booklet of inside of mattresses with a smile , didn't mind what questions I asked also was willing for us to go back and forth trying mattresses for comfort until we were satisfied. Wayne Martin then followed on as we made the purchase explained what we needed to know about our contract ,he was polite patient and considerit, and to finish neither was pusher which to me is important . I have purchased from Dreams before, which is why I visited Dreams again. I had already visited other bed shops where I could have bought a cheaper and still reasonable product but felt the quality of the product was better at Dreams. I was served by 2 staff members - Ashley, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, but mainly served by Wayne Martin. Ifound Wayne to be extremely friendly, professional, helpful, honest and knowledgeable about the products . It was a smooth, problem free transaction and I was very happy with the whole experience. I would definitelyshop at this Dreams store again and recommend to others.
