I found the staff at the store I visited, to be extremely friendly and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and they were very accommodating. The sales assistance Ian, was well mannered 10/10 and for that reason, I am likely to return to the store and recommend others in the future.

I was looking for a single bed for my 91 year old mother who is in hospital with a broken hip. We want to get her home as soon as possible. I explained this to the assistant Glenn. He was extremely helpful and made some much appreciated recommendations. I wanted the new bed delivered by the end of the week and Glen found me exactly what I was looking for and arranged courier delivery for this Friday, which is perfect. Because I needed the bed so quickly Glenn found me what I wanted in the clearance section. I am very impressed with the service I received from Glen.

Glen the assistant who took us through the various types of mattress was very friendly and had a good knowledge of the products. He was not pushy The taking of the order was well organised and efficent

The assistant knew exactly what he was talking about, so he was very helpful. The store was nice and empty as well, very spacious so could try out all the beds I needed

The sales assistant Wayne Martin was very helpful and knowledgable of the products. He offered us refreshments and was very polite. I would recommend friends and family to go to Dreams. Hope delivery will be as pleasant.

We were given enough time to presue the store before being approach by a member of staff. The member of staff made us feel relaxed and able to talk about our requirements.

We were highly satisfied as the colleague was very helpful and gave us a all the advice on the beds which was needed on spinal orthopaedic beds. Especially the Tempur ones and bought the bed that was with a discount that was in our budget.

Allowed to test the products for suitability and comfort. Explained the range of payment plans & was set up very quickly Vast range of products to choose from and all easy to view
