Ian the sales chap was very friendly and super helpful. He took time to understand my needs and always had further suggestions as his understanding of my needs grew. He was also not pushy at all which is always good! Also I required a mattress urgently so purchased one of the clearance items in store and had it delivered the day which was just wonderful.

Customer service was very good!

I found Wayne Martin to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with my purchase, working in sales management i appreciate good customer service and Wayne acknowledged my presence and approached me the moment he came off the phone, qualified my needs and assisted me in choosing my purchase without being over-bearing or pushy. A credit to your store.

I am highly satisfied with this dreams because I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Glenn was able to help me, I am an incredibly indecisive and even I went close to closing time, Glenn did not pressurise me in any way, he was rather incredibly patient with me all the way through. He was highly attentive and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for.

Although Wayne was very helpful he was not at all pushy which I have experienced with many floor sales people in the past. He was understanding, considerate of our needs and very very helpful.

I needed a new mattress. I looked at the Dreams website beforehand to prepare so already had some idea of what was available. Priory to going to Dreams we visited Ikea. All the mattresses were too soft and there was no specialist assistance available. Going into Dreams was a much better experience. We looked around for a while and then asked for some help. Ian served me. I told him what I was looking for (firm orthopaedic) and he immediately made some suggestions and promoted the cost saving benefits of choosing a Dreams mattress. I purchased the Lambert model and am very pleased with it so far. The whole order process and delivery scheduling was done quickly and professionally by Ian.
