Was impressed with the welcoming, helpful, and the friendly disposition of staff. Staff displayed loads of professionalism in serving and guiding me through the decision-making process.

We were assisted by Ian Hiscock who was very knowledgeable about the products on sale. He was the perfect salesman, giving us all we needed to make an informed decision on which of the products would be best for our needs. He was attentive but gave us space and time to talk privately and come to a decision whilst staying within sight so that we could ask further questions if needed. We left the store truely feeling that we had had the best "buying experience" in years. Our experience with Ian will keep us coming back to this store and we will certainly recommend him to our friends.

I came in to browse and had other ideas of where I might get the beds I needed, but the staff were personable, knowledgable and gave such good advice and options that I brought two beds and a high tech foam mattress. I'll probably pop by next weekend to pick up the pillows that I'd like for my new bed. And I've told my cousin, a landlord, that the beds are better quality and more robust and better long term for his needs. Special thank go to Wayne and his fellow colleagues for their great help.

He helped my wife understand the difference between a good quality bed and a cheap bed. He was able to help me meet my needs to buy the bed and mattress. The shop assistant Ashley was very helpful

I needed to take a mattress with me - I not await an order. The assistant took us to you in-store selection and persuaded me to buy an item - with which I am greatly satisfied - for £100 more than I intended to pay The assistant was to blame!!
