Ian Hiscock served us and went out of his way to help us in choosing the new bed.

The salesperson Wayne was very helpful, and explained all the products really well. The store was well laid out and the color coding of the mattresses was very helpful.

It was very easy to find what we were looking for, there was a vast variety to choose from, quick and speedy service, had the dates available that we need for delivery

Very knowledgeable manager and assistants took time to explain and most importantly did not pressure us.

Excellent initial response from Wayne, the sales person on our needs. Arranged a demonstration and gave enough time and space to us to arrive at a decision. The product was available on a sales promotion at a genuine sale price. We bought two items (matress toppers) and were shocked pleasantly to find that a further reduction was available. In all it was an excellent day start for us.

We searched for the product we wanted without being bothered by pushy salesmen but someone was always available to help when needed. We found what we wanted salesman explained everything we wanted to know clearly and simply. Payment was easy delivery arranged for time and date which was convenient to us. There was plenty of assistance when needed but I was left alone to browse.

The name of the person who served us is Glenn. He was extremely helpful and knew lots about temper mattresses (what we bought) and so was able to advise us accordingly. We ended up going for a completely different temper mattress to what we went in for, based on his knowledge and advice. He is excellent - an asset to Dreams.
