Zia the store manager gave us a good deal on mattress + divan combo. He and his team answered all our questions about the different types of products and we felt well informed to make a decision. The 0% interest swayed our decision to purchase immediately.

The knowledge of the products and the friendly attitudes of the staff, and their familiarity with the local area, made the visit a pleasure. Also, the branch had access to products other stores did not have.

Service was provided when required and was attentive but not intrusive or high-pressure - just how we like it. There was a good selection of beds and colour-coding of the beds by type was appreciated.

Very friendly, helpful staff- was even offered a complimentary cup of tea! Fast transaction and went out of his way to help us with looking ahead to building the bed at home by going back to the bed we purchased to see how it was put together in store.

When we arrived in the store the first thing I noticed was how clean and tidy the store was how the bed were layed out staff was excellent he knew just what we wanted when we explain to him when we found what bed we wanted and pay for it he then talk us through all the paperwork very nice man
