Dreams - Chingford

AS SOON AS WE ENTERED INTO THE STORE WE WERE WELCOMED BY ZIA WHO WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND EXPLAINED ALL THAT WAS REQUIRED.

The staff were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and I was offered a price lower than the next nearest competitor with the option of interest free finance. Overall I was very pleased!

The staff remembered me from my phone all earlier on in the day and welcomed me as if I was a VIP . They were attentive but not pushy . They weren't like typical sales men and women . They gave me my space and gave me advice.

I was met by an extemly charming colleague who was very polite and knew a great deal about the products you offer. He didn't try to oversell and did not make my wife and i feel uncomfortable with regards to the products we were looking we didn't feel pressured into getting anything we didn't require overall i am extremely happy with the service delivered and would recommend your company to anyone.

Staff had an extensive knowledge of the products and gave excellent advice to match our requirements. They were friendly without being pushy. I would definitely go back to this store when i am purchasing a new bed. This was an excellent all round experience for me!

Friendly staff, able to give detail on item wanted. staff helpful. Ended up with the product I wanted, thought not totally happy with price of bed and other dream product that I would like to obtain

we found Glen to be very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to products we were looking for. at no time did I feel obliged to buy and there was no hard selling from Glen. we returned to this store after great service first time round and wasn't disappointed at all.

The staff were really informative, but not pushy or over-bearing. We had also visited the nearby Benson for beds and the service and product quality were by no means a match for Dreams. The staff actually put us off in Benson for beds. Dreams staff were friendly and we were not rushed or pressurised into buying. Ian was great!

We were undecided on a bed frame and mattress for a few months and many shops. We finally spoke to Glenn (Chingford Branch), who approached us and we found him to be extremely friendly. Refreshingly, he was very informative and gave us a good understanding of the product. He was available when we needed advice and overall appeared relatable and very genuine.
