Dreams - Chingford

We weren't approached straight away. They gave us time to browse around the whole store and the sale was fast and efficient especially when we made a decision on the bed.

On entering the store we were met by Wayne Martin. After explaining our requirements he duly showed us a few of the beds that met our needs, Wayne was very knowlegable about your products and helped us , not coerced, in choosing the Matress we required. The experience of our visit was pleasant and will not hesitate to visit again should the need arise. P.A Pullen

The store is well laid out, staff knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. Order procedure was quick and efficient. Delivery on time and placed up stairs where we wanted them.

It was interesting to hear a bit more about Dreams, I didnt relaise they were such a large company, using the likes of saachi and saachi for their advertising and PWC as their consultants. They clearly spend alot reinvesting into the business and branding which gives me more confidence in their products. They wouldnt be doing well if they didnt have good products. It was good the staff were so knowledgable in the compnay they work for - unusual for such a big size company, usually the staff dont care about the state of the company!

All the staff we spoke to over the 2 days we visited knew all about the products and were very helpful. We didn't feel we had to bu anything like some salespeople. They said hello when we first went in and said can we help if you said no you didn't feel like having to then run away from them we just carried on to what we needed to see and then asked them after what we needed to know. Friendly and chatty.

I was very impressed with Ashley who looked after me and helped in the decision making. The items which I bought were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I also had a phone call from Ashley confirming delivery time.
