When we arrived, we offered a hot drink as we were browsing, which was nice and were not preasirised to purchase and we were allowed to browse.

Salesman found us a bed + mattress and arranged delivery a few hours later. Ikea proposed delivery with 1 week wait.

The salesman was helpful and not too pushy. Very experienced and made everything very easy to understand.

You had a good selection of mattresses in the store. The assistant took time to explain how they were made so I understood why they felt different. He also did not rush me and encouraged me to take my time lying on them so I could make the right decision and by doing so I didn't feel self conscious.

Wayne Martin our server was very friendly and there was no pressure to buy. So felt very comfortable.

His knowledge of the different types of beds in terms of material, kind of slats etc was very vast and helped us greatly in making the right choice. He was also very thorough in explaining the terms of the contract and our options in terms of delivery, cancellation and in particular the benefits of taking out the extra insurance. Which we did.
