The staff were very approachable and professional we didn't feel pressured to buy anything we were given time to make the right choices for our purchase I would recommend dreams to all my family and friends.

Sale assistance was very friendly and helpful , Wayne explained about the bed we were purchasing and he added no pressure .. Very nice sale man ..wish they were many more like him in other industries .

I attended the chingford branch and was met by Wayne Martin who made me and my partner feel very welcomed. He was extremely professional and understood all of our needs! He was also very knowledgable on the products that dreams offered and with his advice and understanding, we purchased the perfect mattress for us within the budget we laid out to him from the offset! We made a decision there and then due to the service and expertise offered to us! 10/10
