Ease of parking, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, in particular Wayne Martin. Space to walk around the store, wasn't too busy, enough staff availability and even the cup of tea which was offered was very tasty.

We were served by James on our visit. I needed a bed frame and a mattress to be delivered to me on Good Friday to coincide with me moving house. James was able to coordinate the delivery of the goods to my time frame. He was knowledgeable and understanding. It was a pain free shopping experience, opposite to the customer service we had experienced elsewhere!

Our experience at dreams was superb. Dreams colleague Mr Ian Hiscock was so nice and provided us a very valuable service. He was so nice in everthing. We really felt very sad at the time of leaving. It was simply superb.
