We were greeted as soon as we arrived and told that help was available if needed which we took advantage of after browsing alone. Service was friendly and relaxed, sales information was thorough.

Would have been good if a extra item would have been added such as a duvet or pillows as a thank you

Prices were too high ! Not comparable to online options would like to see cheaper options in the store to try. Staff were amazing though!!

The particular style of bed I wanted and within my price range was not available in the colour I wanted but that’s just me being fussy. The prices were also a lot more than we were expecting to be although cheaper in comparison to other furniture shops we looked in

The fact I was not highly satisfied have nothing to do with the store. What I was looking for was vey expensive. I take something else because I didn’t want to go home empty hand. I was determined to sleep on my bed on the new year but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Is ok

I feel I was misled about the Black Friday deal, and pressured to put down a deposit. I have since checked online and the mattress has still been at the same discounted price for weeks later.

I would have liked to take my purchase home the same day.
