Experience was good. Price may have felt a little high for the products than we ideally wanted to pay. Delivery is expensive if you want a specific time/day.

The bed was not available for immediate delivery,although we understand why. We were cash buyers and expected a more generous discount.

There was a bit of waiting around to get the attention of a sales person but once that was achieved , I was very happy with the service and attention given by Jahanger

Overall experience very good. The only is is the length of time for the delivery of the order is 4 weeks, which is quite long however we can wait for this product.

The delivery time is about 1 month.

On the whole we were highly satisfied with this visit. Our assistant was very attentive to our needs and requests however we were very set on what we wanted to buy and what we didn't need and felt some of the additional sales pitches pitching was more persistent than it needed to be. We were also disappointed that plastic water bottles kept being offered to us at every possible point around the shop, when we are in the middle of a climate crisis! An offer at the start with a comment that we could ask at any point later would have sufficed.

The sales person did there best explaining all the covid safety procedures that was in place but I was very anxious while shopping.

Range of bed frames could have more variation. Felt quite limited with options but fortunately we were able to find one bed we liked. Also wanted to compliment our bedframe with matching cabinets, however these were suddenly not available. Store staff were very helpful with this and explained how the pandemic has limited stock rollout, but we were disappointed our colour option for the cabinets were not available.

I was highly satisfied overall with the performance of Jahanger the assistant,but I feel the cost of taking the old mattress was too much.
