The mattresses were far to expensive should of got more of a discount

I felt forced to sanstize at door entrance, because I left my mask in the car but they didn't have any at the front of the store but they had bottles of water for you, (that's strange)the guy says he would get me a mask but didn't know if he would bring me the box for me to remove one or bring me a single mask that I had to put on my mouth and nose so I chose to go back to the car, social distancing was a bit over the top seeing as we are coming out of lock down. 3 weeks delivery was way too much, only because I felt my son could make do with his broken bed for 3 weeks why I bought it otherwise i would have went elsewhere across the road. Also paid way too much for a bit of wood covered in cheap cloth, your share holders must be bathing in £50 notes. The guy that served me was absolutely amazing, he was not pushey and answered my questions with honesty and professionalism, I picked this guy because he sold me a bed previously, he recommended a bed when we had chosen another one and he told us why this bed is better than the one we choose and i agreed with him.

We were satisfied with the service, however it would have been nice to have a greater variety of suitable mattresses to try. We had 2 mattresses that were completely unsuitable so it felt like our choice was quite limited which considering the price of the mattresses does not feel like you are able to make much of a choice.
