Scott was really helpful, asked questions we completely forgot to mention but were important (such as if heat is an issue for us during sleep - we were purchasing a mattress). After 30 mins of suffering on our side which mattress we should choose, we finally agreed on one with my boyfriend - and it was out of stock. We ordered the mattress on the 1wth of Spetember and it's coming on the 10th of November. I know it's not particularly the Dreams' fault, but I find 2 months much longer than I should wait for a mattress.

We had entered the store and no one was near the entrance then we went in and started looking at bed and later was called back dowm the store to sanitize our hands. There should have been someone at the front asking us to do this as we entered the store not 5 minutes later.
