I thought the product bought was over priced although I was able to get a reduction I felt I should have paid a lot less as a x display items but the negotiations became tedious

Not much discount applied as would have liked.

The store itself and the staff within were very professional and courteous. Wayne in particular provided a very helpful service, ensuring that we found the mattress best suited to my wife and I. Whilst the mattress that I chose seems to be comfortable based on reviews I can not yet provide an accurate reflection on its quality until it is used. The mattress is expensive and I was hoping the staff could have provided a better discount. Aside from that it was a pleasant experience.

The store doesn't look very inviting. It could be improved with nicer colours, bedding with covers make it more homely. the first person we talked to didn't listen to what we wanted and kept pointing us to a product we didn't like. We were glad that we found Ashley , who in turn was very understanding of our needs and had a much better product knowledge.

Long lead time on product which promised before Christmas delivery

Ashley was very knowledged and thorough with the whole process.
